‘Leda and The Retelling’ is a dark comedy modern retelling of the Greek myth Leda and The Swan, and is autobiographic-fiction. The graphic novel is about Leda, a woman who needs to get this weird talking swan out of the way. The police think it’s a prank call. Leda and her roommate share their lives under the roof of their shabby London flat, and try to figure out what’s going on among the unearthly happenings. A series of tricks, traps, plans and escape attempts. Leda talks about mental health, and what we’re supposed to do to get out.
